Complaints procedure

Following your visit to the salon, if there is anything that you feel unhappy with please inform the salon within 48 hours post service. We will get you to revisit and we will do our best professionally to rectify.

Only the work carried out in our salon will be rectified, please note if another professional has been sought we will not rectify for free.
